Reading progress update: I've read 60 out of 224 pages.

Lords of the Sith: Star Wars - Paul S. Kemp

Character A and Character B are having a conversation involving just the two of them. Character A repeats some form of Character B's name SIXTEEN TIMES in the course of the conversation. Granted, Character A is recording the conversation to use as blackmail and wants to be good and sure names are mentioned, but SIXTEEN TIMES?! Overkill much?

In other news, the writing is still heaps better than Aftermath. Also, that page count is way off. And while I'm here, if you have any bakeries near you that happen to make bee stings (or Bienenstich), buy one and eat it with a cup of coffee (if you like coffee). Because yum.
