Moon Over Soho (Peter Grant #2)

Moon Over Soho - Ben Aaronovitch

I liked this book at least as much as the first book in the series, though two of the characters I’m really interested in were sidelined for most of the story by the horrific injuries they sustained in the first book. I appreciated the introduction of what I assume is going to be Peter and Nightingale’s Moriarty for future books. A good arch nemesis to shake things up is all this series was lacking. (Well, aside from prominent strong female characters who don’t get railroaded in tragic and/or horrifying ways, but I’ve been assured the books get better in that regard.)
